Customizations or additional services outside of the original purchase may be invoiced separately.

Products will be shipped according to the timeline specified on each product page.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect or error on our part.

For consultations and services, cancellations require 24-hour notice to reschedule.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in a forfeited session or fee.
