Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products (including but not limited to Barbie Shelves, Tonie Shelves, Princess Armoires, and custom playroom designs), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom or made-to-order items, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll work with you to make it right!

All consultation bookings (free or paid) are final once scheduled.
Paid consults may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you miss your scheduled time without notice or cancel within 24 hours, your session may be forfeited without refund.

Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, Timeless PlayScapes is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages.
We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our end.

• Clear photos showing any damage or error
